Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all fragrances are 100% authentic. We purchase full-sized bottles directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves and carefully decant them into smaller spray vials.
What is a fragrance decant?
A decant is a smaller bottle filled with perfume from an original manufacturer bottle. This allows you to try luxury scents at a fraction of the cost before committing to a full-sized purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on customs.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on decanted fragrances. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How should I store my perfume samples?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your vials in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as in a drawer or cabinet.
